Depicting the lively ocean world through clay

The inspiration of the Ocean World collection came from my first-time snorkeling experience. You will see my impressions of various ocean elements, such as coral reefs, shellfish, sea urchins, and a school of fish swimming in the glittering water under the reflection of sunlight.

Most pieces in this collection are built with coiling to maximize the possibility of clay to depict the lively ocean world.

栩栩如生地呈現眼前

海洋世界系列作品的創作靈感來自於我難忘的第一次潛水經驗，第一次近身接觸海洋生物，感受到各種魚類不同的悠游姿態，陽光灑下穿過波浪映出絕美的波光線條，海草、海膽、貝類五花八門的奇特造型，熱帶魚類不可思議的艷麗色彩，讓我感受到海洋這個大地之母所孕育的無限生命力。

在海洋世界系列作品中，我多數使用手捏成型的手法，打造出栩栩如生的海洋世界。你可以看到礁岩般的造型與質感，一個又一個的圓圈勾勒出一條又一條交疊悠游的魚群，大小不一的彩色圓點彷彿是不斷上浮的氣泡，扭動的線條交織如同舞動的海草、波光、浪影，純金金水則點綴出魚鱗在陽光下閃耀的金色光澤，每一件作品都巧妙傳達了海洋的豐富生命力和無限可能性。
